HEMP FOR HUMANS Hemp oil is used as a food supplement to improve the quality and amount of omega fats in the diet. Omega 3 and 6 are oil that comes from raw foods sources. Since we typically cook our foods this makes it more difficult to achieve good oils in our diet. Hemp provides an excellent cleanse for bowels, liver and kidney. Chinese medicine uses hemp to aid in cleaning the spleen.
